Regular consultancy support to help guide decisions around room layout, display positioning, camera location, microphone strategy, acoustics, furniture coordination, cabling routes and user experience.

Design & Specification Guidance
Practical input on drawings, elevations, equipment choices and room standards to help ensure the proposed solution will work for real users, not just on paper.

Meeting Room Equity Review
Each room is reviewed through the lens of meeting equity, including whether people can be seen, heard, represented and included properly in hybrid meetings.

Installation & Delivery Support
Support during the project to help identify risks early, answer technical questions, review proposed changes and reduce the chance of costly rework.

Post-Installation Review
Where required, Surgery Plus can include review of the completed room to confirm whether the intended experience has been achieved.

Ongoing Maintenance & Support
After installation, Surgery Plus can continue to support the long-term health of your meeting rooms. This may include periodic room reviews, user experience checks, fault diagnosis, performance improvement recommendations and support for future changes as rooms, platforms and working patterns evolve.

Pricing

Surgery Plus is priced as a monthly project support fee, based on the number of rooms in scope.

£1,495 per month

4–7 Rooms
£1,995 per month

8–12 Rooms
£2,495 per month

13+ Rooms
Quoted individually

Larger boardrooms, divisible spaces, training rooms or technically complex rooms may be counted as more than one room equivalent.

How It Works

Select the room band that best matches your project. We will confirm the brief, room count, likely project duration and level of support required before work begins.

Surgery Plus is not charged separately per room each month. Instead, the room count is used to place your project into the right monthly support band.
